In fact, with it they can bring <strong>different effects<\/strong> such as the increase of the dirtiness in the water, an uncontrolled pH and the increase of the water level in relation to the capacity of each facility.<\/p>\n<p>Are you preparing your pool to <strong>face this season<\/strong> and that it is always in excellent conditions? We, at BSPool have prepared <strong>a series of advices<\/strong> on <strong>how to keep you pool water<\/strong> always on point and that not even the worst weather conditions affect them negatively:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you own a <strong>pool cover<\/strong>, the best option will be to <strong>cover it<\/strong> and so avoid leaves falling in and dirtiness piling up. Also, it prevents the pool water level from increasing and <strong>the pH levels in the water from altering<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>If you do not own a pool cover, the first step will be to <strong>regulate the pool water level<\/strong> and avoid that it increases and it <strong>does not overflow<\/strong>. When the water levels increase, it can also <strong>affect the pool skimmers<\/strong> and clog up; therefore, it will not be possible to carry out a correct recirculation of the water.<\/li>\n<li>A fundamental step will be to <strong>check on the water pH levels<\/strong>; in this way we will make sure that the <strong>water disinfecting process<\/strong> is being carried out normally. Let us remember that the pH levels should be adjusted between 7,2 and 7,8 and therefore avoid other problems such as the <strong>apparition of lime or algae<\/strong> in the pool. At BSPool we have a series of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bspool.eu\/en\/dosing\/\">dosing products<\/a> for the treatment of the water, among them controlling the pH levels.<\/li>\n<li>If algae have appeared in the pool water and walls, the ideal thing to do will be a <strong>filter backwashing<\/strong> and carry out a <strong>shock treatment<\/strong> where flocculant must be added and filtered for a couple of days. Following this a double amount of algicide will be added to completely disinfect the water.<\/li>\n<li>We previously mentioned to carry out a <strong>filter wash<\/strong> if there is presence of algae in the pool; however, this cleaning must be carried out <strong>whether there is our isn\u2019t algae<\/strong>. In this way, the <strong>water filtration process will be more effective<\/strong> against the dirty particles that rain may bring.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out a <strong>follow up on the pool\u2019s values<\/strong> frequently and so make sure that the salinization and water filtration process is being carried out correctly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Do not let the rain nor the storms affect your pool\u2019s water and leave it ready to enjoy when the good weather comes.
